I was so happy to find just the car I was looking for at Rubin's Auto Group. It is the style and color I wanted. When I went in everyone was so friendly and helpful. When I drove it awhile I found out the radio was too High Tech for me!! They found a new radio that also had a CD player. They installed it for me and now I LOVE my car and all the guys at the dealership! I feel like I have several wonderful new friends! It is almost the same as my old car.

Gary helped me purchase the Volkswagen Jetta 2019. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽. The car was in great condition, came with a great price, and it was provided with great customer service. A few days after I purchased the vehicle, a number of warnings for a low battery came on. I texted Gary and he said no problem. I visited the shop, Gary took a look, and put in new batteries for the car and the fob. The problem was fixed and drove just like before, very smooth. Very helpful, very kind experience. Smooth process in purchasing the car. Also lots of great options for a great price. Other lots I struggled finding a nice car within my budget. One dealership even threw shade, as if there weren’t nice cars within my budget. Rubin Auto Group completely debunked that myth because here, I had found at least 3 I loved. Also, they weren’t rude, only nice. They heard my wants and did their best to help me out. Gary was very kind and I appreciate that he was polite and asked if he could follow up before just doing it. Very happy with my purchase. 12/10 experience. Thank you!

Gary is the guy to see! He really took care of us when we purchased our 2016 Porsche Macan Turbo on 06/16/2025. Funny enough, the color of this Macan is incredibly nostalgic for my dad—it’s the same shade he had years ago on a 911 Turbo. That made the experience even more special. Gary was friendly, never pushy, and genuinely focused on giving us the best possible experience. I highly recommend him and this dealership if you're in the Boise area, especially if you're shopping for a foreign vehicle or looking for top-tier service and sales

Great experience! George and Gary were patient, totally transparent, very informed, and communicated well throughout. If Rubin Auto were a cafe, they'd be your mom and pop kind of place - the type you want to give your business too because the people are great and the atmosphere pleasant. The price on my car was way, way reasonable, too!
